Our Commitment

Standing against modern slavery

Keepl Social Limited (“Keepl Social”) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced or bonded labour, and any form of exploitation.

Although we are not legally required under Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 to publish a statement, we believe transparency and accountability are central to building trust.

This statement outlines the steps we take to prevent modern slavery within our business and supply chain.

Key commitments

  • Zero tolerance for exploitation, forced labour, or human trafficking - appropriate to the size of our business.
  • Work exclusively with partners who uphold high ethical and labour standards.
  • Review and strengthen our governance and due diligence processes each year.

Keepl Social Limited is a UK-based company providing digital tools and services that connect businesses and social organisations to deliver positive social impact.

Our operations are primarily technology-driven and office-based. We partner with reputable UK suppliers, service providers, and technology platforms who share our commitment to ethical labour practices. We recognise potential risks in extended supply chains, such as hardware, hosting infrastructure, and third-party digital services.

Keepl Social does not manufacture or procure physical goods. We collaborate with technology and professional service providers, along with partners across public, private, and social sectors.

Working with us requires compliance with all applicable laws and adherence to our standards as a condition of doing business.

  • Include ethical conduct and compliance expectations in supplier and partner agreements.
  • We conduct proportionate checks on major suppliers, focusing on trusted, established technology and service providers.
  • Encourage confidential reporting of concerns by employees, partners, and third parties without fear of retaliation.
  • Review this statement and supporting procedures at least annually.

Keepl Social promotes awareness among employees and contractors about modern slavery risks and the signs of exploitation. Given our size, this training is delivered informally through onboarding and periodic team briefings.

Anyone — employees, suppliers, contractors, or members of the public — can report concerns confidentially by contacting us.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate immediately. Where appropriate, we will notify relevant authorities and take corrective action.
